I can't thank you enough for working with me to refinance my home.

In the beginning when I received many calls from companies wanting me to refinance, although many were nice and seemed sincere, the call from you won my bid. Andrew, your genuine concern for trying to meet my needs in a refinancing and the time that you spent explaining so many of the details to me so that I could fully understand the types of loans, etc. to help me make a good decision about what would be best for me, were the reasons I chose to work with you and your bank. It proved to be the best decision I could have made.

It started as a normal refinancing but wound up taking more twists and turns than a Maze, which had you, and those working with my file, jumping through hoops and doing a lot of creative thinking to make this happen. When we were so close to reaching the finish line and a major problem arose, you and your bank stuck with me, offering suggestions and working with me to correct the situation. I know that most other brokers or lenders would have walked away. Then with that hurdle behind us, we managed to get everything done that we could and waited for the final word from the underwriters, sometimes not too patiently on my part. Finally the day before the close of 2009, with you out of town on family business, yet on the phone with me and the bank throughout the day; and the bank manager, Dominic Barone, staying at the bank on Dec. 30 when everyone else had gone home, continuing to pull all the pieces together for a closing that managed to happen that same night. I am amazed at your dedication to your customers as well as your perseverance to get it brought to completion with a great interest rate and amazingly only a 15-year mortgage.

I will not hesitate to recommend you and your bank to anyone looking for a loan, a mortgage or a refinancing. You have proven to me that good person-to-person business practices are still available out there in this world and I was fortunate to be on the receiving end of you and your bank's dedication to excellence for it's perspective customers.

Both Marva and I just wanted to write and thank you and PFG for getting us out of our negative amortization loan. Instead of paying down our mortgage every month, it kept going up! Thanks to your persistence, we now have a fixed rate and can start building equity in our home instead of losing equity. We also appreciate how quickly you got us into our new loan. Other than some technical difficulties with faxes and emails, the process went smooth and we are very pleased with the end result.

We did not think we could get out of this dire mortgage situation. We took a chance with PFG and it surely paid off !!

I would like to thank Harry Bickel for contacting me when I sent out an inquiry regarding refinancing!  I was convinced to go with PFG due to his initial call.  He listened to what I wanted and made sure that I got what I needed from PFG.

Dominic Barone took over the process of my final paperwork.  He advised I could not refinance due to only being in my original loan for a short time, less than a year.  But, he could modify my existing loan with the lower interest rate.   A couple institutes had already told me they could not help me.  Dominic made this process simply and pleasant.  He was easy to talk with.  He kept me updated at all times.

Everything was done to my convenience.    The longest period of time out of my day was the closing.  Which was at my home and was less than 20 minutes!!
Thank you both for your help with this easy re-modification!  I would go through this again with PFG!!

I was shocked at how quickly PFG processed my loan.  PFG promised they would close my loan within a few weeks.  At first I didn't believe them but I took a chance and they did exactly what they said they would do.  I am so glad I didn't continue to wait for my "bank".  I would probably still be waiting

Dominic - I want to thank you for your support and your Excellent Customer service in working with my in Re-financing my house in Green Pond, New Jersey. When I initially contacted you regarding my interest in refinancing you immediately saw my needs/want and that was to hit the 5% interest rate for my 4 year old house.

During these times of dynamic fluctuation in Interest rates you were always there stating that no matter where the rates were going PFG would be there
to close the deal so the 5% could be obtained.  This reduction in interest rate from 5 7/8% to 5% will in pay for itself in less than 2 years and save me thousands of dollars in the future.

I also want to thank you for your continuous follow-up after the closing. I have experienced many closings with other lenders where once you close you never hear from them.  With you and PFG you were there even weeks after closing to make sure the everything was up to my satisfaction.

I would recommend you and PFG to my colleagues and friends.

I just wanted to write you to tell you that working with PFG and Giulio Leone has made the process of re-financing every bit worthwhile! Giulio was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to put my wife and I at ease by explaining every detail of the re-finance process. I would recommend Giulio Leone to all of my friend's, other family members, and everyone we know, because he knew exactly what he was talking about, and very honest, and definitely believes in the people he is working for.  He explained to us exactly what we were spending, how it was being spent, and how much money we would be saving my making this happen. I'm sure we're not the easiest clients Dominic Barone has ever worked with. He helped us purchase a Condo from a family member without the use of a real estate agent. Throughout the loan process we had many questions about the details of our loan, individual line items and costs, and the purchase process in general. Dominic was always courteous, patient, and attentive. Calls were always answered and our e-mails always received a quick response. If you're considering a big bank (like we were), don't. The personal service, rate monitoring, and advice offered by PFG Bank (and specifically Dominic) cannot be exceeded. Dominic always made us feel like we had a personal Mortgage Banker working only for us. We got a great loan at a terrific rate. Thanks Dominic.

Please consider this a letter of recommendation for Dominic Barone, Manager of Precision Funding Group.  Dominic undertook refinancing my mortgage and home equity loans.  He was able to get me the best rate possible by following the daily market very closely.  He had locked in mid-day with my low mortgage interest rate and had called me right away.  By the end of the day, the rate had risen.  His timing was most beneficial to me.  He also stayed on top of the two banks with whom I had my mortgage and home equity loan.  The home equity bank was being very difficult and not expedient.  Dominic persisted with them so I was able to keep my locked rate without having to pay a late fee penalty.  When I say persistent, I mean persistent!  He followed through with multiple calls and was able to find a notary at 4:00 pm. to come out to my house around 7:30 p.m. so I would not have to pay a penalty.  Also, when I was getting cold feet about the whole process, Dominic was very patient with me and addressed all my concerns.  He guided me to make the best decisions.  Because of Dominic, my mortgage will now be paid off in 11 and1/2 years vs. the 23 years I had left on my original mortgage. This was not my first time refinancing but it was the most pleasant experience.  Dominic at Precision Funding was so easy and enjoyable to work with.  He had great patience answering and re-answering ALL my questions until I felt I understood the process clearly. He responded to my calls as if I was the most important person he was dealing with.
